By joining the EUNITY creator community, accessing the channel, or participating in any part of the project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not join or participate.
EUNITY is a creator-driven initiative operated by GDMD LLC.
Members receive free access to:
a private creator channel,
content templates and ideas,
creative guidance,
a personal discount code,
community support,
updates regarding product drops starting January 2026.
Membership is currently free.
Each member receives their own unique discount code for sharing the EUNITY message through approved content.
Commission Rate: 10% of sales generated through the member’s code.
Payout Method: Bank transfer only.
Payout Schedule: Within 14 days after the end of each product drop.
Creator Responsibility: The member is fully responsible for properly using and promoting their code.
EUNITY does not guarantee earnings. Income depends entirely on the member’s performance and activity.
To maintain a healthy environment, the following are strictly prohibited:
hate speech or harassment,
trolling or disruptive behavior,
spam,
NSFW or inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to remove any member at any time and without explanation if their behavior goes against the spirit or message of the project.
The community is open to anyone who wishes to create content related to European culture, traditions, and the EUNITY vision.
Members are fully responsible for any content they create and publish.
GDMD LLC and EUNITY are not legally responsible for:
content created by members,
any damages arising from participation in the project.
Membership may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
We collect the following information:
full name,
email address,
phone number.
Data is stored in our internal database and is not shared with third parties.
We use this information for:
communication,
updates,
invitations,
announcements about upcoming product drops.
Members may request removal or opt-out at any time by emailing: [email protected]
All templates, materials, and resources provided by EUNITY are for use within the EUNITY project only.
Creators may publish their videos on:
Instagram,
TikTok,
YouTube Shorts.
By joining the project, you grant GDMD LLC permission to repost or share your content across our platforms, with proper credit.
EUNITY does not promise or guarantee financial results.
Participation is voluntary and based on individual commitment, skill, and activity.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the project at any time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes must be resolved under this jurisdiction.
GDMD LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the project means you accept the updated version.
